TML is designed for people who want a clearer, more connected view of their health over time. The care model combines history, current context, diagnostics selected for a defined reason, and the daily foundations that shape healthspan.
The objective is not to collect the largest possible volume of data. It is to decide which signals matter, what should happen next, and how the plan should change as new information and life circumstances emerge.
- Decode: establish a useful baseline with history, diagnostics, and context.
- Design: translate findings into a prioritized plan across six foundations.
- Do: support implementation through the care team, concierge coordination, and MAX Companion where included.
- Deepen: reassess the trajectory and refine priorities over time.
Licensed physicians make clinical decisions based on each member's location, history, findings, and care requirements. The Maximum Life is a management and technology company; medical services are provided by licensed medical entities.
TML complements rather than replaces primary care. It is not urgent or emergency care, and it coordinates with existing clinicians when appropriate and authorized.
The in-person practice is located at 1090 Kane Concourse, Suite 207, Bay Harbor Islands, Florida 33154. TML is available to members in multiple states through physicians licensed where they practice. Eligibility depends on location, physician licensure, clinical appropriateness, and diagnostic logistics and is confirmed before enrollment.
