How multi-state care works

Medical care is provided by a physician licensed in the state where you are located at the time of the visit. Because licensure and clinical needs vary, availability is confirmed individually before enrollment and again when travel changes where care will occur.

The goal is continuity without pretending every part of care can happen remotely. Your team identifies what can be handled virtually, what can be coordinated close to home, and what is better completed in person.

What may happen virtually

  • Discovery and health-history conversations
  • Review and interpretation of eligible diagnostic results
  • Healthspan planning and follow-up visits
  • Progress reviews using symptoms, habits, and wearable trends

What may be coordinated near you

Depending on your location and membership, the team may coordinate qualified laboratories, phlebotomy, imaging, or performance testing closer to home. Specific services, partners, and availability vary by market and clinical context.

When the Miami practice matters

Our Bay Harbor Islands practice is the in-person base for The Maximum Life. It supports physician visits and coordinated access to selected diagnostics in the Miami area. The team will explain any in-person requirements before you commit to a care pathway.

Direct answers

Common questions, answered clearly

Can I join The Maximum Life if I live outside Florida?

Potentially. The Maximum Life is available in multiple states, but eligibility depends on where you are located, whether a TML physician is licensed there, and what care or diagnostics are clinically appropriate. The team confirms availability before enrollment.

Which parts of longevity care can happen virtually?

Discovery conversations, review of eligible diagnostic results, planning, and follow-up may happen virtually when the physician is licensed in your state and virtual care is clinically appropriate. Some examinations and diagnostics still need to happen in person.

Do I need to travel to Miami for every visit?

No. The care pathway may combine virtual physician visits, qualified diagnostic partners near you, and selected in-person care through the Bay Harbor Islands practice. The exact mix is confirmed for your location and clinical needs.
