Core, starting at $12,200 per year, establishes a broader longevity baseline by combining diagnostics, interpretation by the medical team, and follow-through during the year for people who want to go beyond a one-time checkup.
Elite, starting at $24,300 per year, provides the greatest diagnostic depth and the most closely coordinated follow-up, with priority access and logistics organized around the member's routine.
