Laboratory data become useful when they answer a defined question and are interpreted alongside history, symptoms, trends, and other diagnostics. TML uses biomarker testing as one input into a wider physician-led picture.

What may be assessed

Depending on the program and clinical context, testing may look at metabolic, cardiovascular, inflammatory, nutritional, and hormonal signals. The exact panel should be confirmed before testing rather than inferred from a generic list.

Why interpretation matters

Reference ranges are not personal diagnoses. Results can be affected by timing, preparation, medications, illness, training load, and normal biological variation. A physician determines whether a result needs confirmation, monitoring, action, or no change.

What biomarker testing cannot do

  • It cannot provide a complete view of health on its own.
  • It cannot guarantee early detection or prevention of disease.
  • A single result cannot establish a long-term trend.
  • More markers do not automatically create better decisions.
